I'm Mohi Hassan, an Art Director. For more than ten years I've designed brand identities for companies across the Middle East and North Africa, more than 175 of them.
Running the studio meant juggling a proposal tool, an e-signature tool, invoices, a project board, file links, a booking page and endless WhatsApp threads. None of them talked to each other, and none of them told me the one thing I wanted to know after sending a proposal: did they open it, and what did they read?
So I built AROOOXA, without writing the code myself, working with AI tools every day. A client messages on WhatsApp, gets a proposal in my brand, signs it on their phone, follows the project from their own link, downloads the files and pays the invoice. I get a notification at every step.
My own studio runs on it. Now it's open to yours.

Your client should never need an account
Every proposal, invoice, form, booking page and folder is a link. Your clients open it and act on it, nothing to sign up for.
Your brand comes first
Clients see your logo, colours and domain, not ours.
Knowing beats guessing
You should know when a proposal is opened and what was read, so you follow up at the right moment instead of chasing.
Say only what is true
If a feature is not live yet, we say "coming soon". We would rather under-promise on this page and surprise you in the product.
