This agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and AROOOXA, operated from Egypt ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using AROOOXA you accept them. If you use AROOOXA for a business, you accept them for that business and confirm you are allowed to. Our privacy policy and refund policy are part of these terms.
Accounts and workspaces
- You must be at least 16 and give accurate sign-up details.
- Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account and in workspaces you own.
- The person who creates a workspace owns it and controls who else can join and what they can do.
Free trial
New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with no card required. When it ends, the workspace pauses until you choose a plan. Your data is kept, and you can still export it, for a reasonable period while paused.
Plans and billing
Prices are listed on the pricing page in US dollars. Plans are sold by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record: it processes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT that applies, and issues your receipt. Its own buyer terms also apply to the purchase.
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects your renewal.
- If a payment fails, we may pause the workspace until it is resolved.
Lifetime plan
The lifetime plan is a one-time payment, sold for a limited time and in limited numbers. It includes:
- All features included in the Pro plan, now and as Pro gains new features, for as long as AROOOXA operates.
- 3 members and the file storage stated on the pricing page when you bought it; these limits do not grow.
It does not include separate paid add-ons or products we may offer in future. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the AROOOXA service, not of the buyer. If we ever shut AROOOXA down, we will give lifetime customers at least 90 days' notice and a way to export their data. A lifetime plan is for one workspace and cannot be resold or transferred.
Your content
You own everything you put into AROOOXA. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you, including showing it to the people you share links with.
You are responsible for your content and for having the right to use it, including other people's personal data and any files you upload.
Your clients and document tracking
AROOOXA lets you see when and how the people you send links to open them. You are responsible for using this lawfully where you and they are, including telling them where the law requires it. E-signatures captured in AROOOXA record what was signed, when and from where; whether they are legally binding for a given document depends on the law that applies to it, which is your responsibility to check.
Acceptable use
Do not use AROOOXA to:
- break the law, or send spam, phishing, malware or deceptive documents;
- store or share content you have no right to, or that is abusive or exploits anyone;
- track people in ways the law does not allow;
- try to access other workspaces, test our security without following the process on the security page, or overload the service;
- copy, resell or build a competing product from AROOOXA itself.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Connected services
Some features work with services run by others, under their own terms: WhatsApp, AI assistants connected through MCP (such as Claude or ChatGPT), Google sign-in and your own email server.
WhatsApp. Linking your WhatsApp number works by connecting AROOOXA as a linked device, the same way WhatsApp Web does. It is not an official WhatsApp Business API integration. WhatsApp may limit or ban numbers that send bulk or unwanted messages. Use it for normal conversations with your own clients and follow WhatsApp's terms; we cannot be responsible for actions WhatsApp takes on your number.
AI assistants. An assistant you connect acts with your permissions. Check what it is about to do, as you would with a colleague; you are responsible for actions you approve.
Availability and changes
We work to keep AROOOXA available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We improve AROOOXA continually and may change or remove features. If we remove a feature that is central to a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using AROOOXA and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or does not pay. Except in cases of abuse or legal requirement, we will give you notice and a chance to export your data first.
Disclaimers
Apart from the promises in these terms, AROOOXA is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no other warranties, including that it will meet every need or be error-free. Nothing in AROOOXA is legal, tax or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost clients or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. If you are a consumer, you also keep any rights the law of your own country gives you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will email workspace owners at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use AROOOXA after that means you accept the new terms.
